Shaving gel

Shaving gel is used to soften the hairs before hair removal with a razor. It moisturises the skin making it
easier for the razor to cut through hairs and stop it from dragging too much on the skin.
You can buy shaving gel in a tube, tub or can. Although it comes out as gel it quickly turns into a foam
once applied to the skin.

Only a small amount is needed when using shaving gel.
